If you are a fan of the adventures of Captain Jack Sparrow and the romance of sea voyages, then you will definitely like the pirate party. Our Art-Event agency will help you organize a pirate party for a corporate party, birthday and any other event!
So, what better way to start organizing celebrations? To begin with, we recommend making a list of guests and writing the text invited. Naturally, the invitation should be as original as possible, for example, a classic of the genre in the form of a black mark – a circle with an image of an ominous skull. Or a more complicated option is to prepare letters for guests in beautifully decorated sealed bottles.
The most important moment is choosing the appropriate dress code. Even if one of the guests comes in an ordinary sweater and jeans, he can easily create a suitable image with the help of a triangular hat, false beard, tube, blindfold, toy saber and pistol. Therefore, we prepare in advance a set of universal accessories that anyone can use.
The decoration of the room deserves a special mention: in this case, you will need ropes, fishing nets, seashells and stands for taking photos with views of tropical islands and ships. If you are planning a party for a small company, then in the hall you can place a cage with parrots that will entertain the guests. Well, if you get a cockatoo parrot for the evening, then you will definitely not be afraid of those who want to take pictures with it.
The menu must include fish, a lot of seafood, and such exotic fruits as pineapples, coconuts, mangoes, dates, and avocados. Drinks are chosen exclusively to the taste of the guests, but there must be original pirate rum and gin on the table.
In terms of having fun at a pirate party, a vast space of fantasy opens up. For example, you can start warming up the audience with a small quiz on a maritime theme: what was the name of the most famous pirate, what is boarding, what is grog, what currency was treasure usually stored in, etc.
Here is our selection of several popular pirate contests:
One-legged race
To begin with, the guests should be divided into two teams and each of them should be given a crutch and a rubber band. Player number one has a crutch attached to his leg, and in this form of a pirate, he must run to his goal – a bottle and a glass with any drink of your choice. Having reached the finish line, the player drinks the contents of the glass and jumps back. The whole team should do the same.
Pirate cocktail
This competition requires two pairs of participants. Each of them is given a coconut, in which a miracle cocktail will be prepared, and a set of drinks that need to be mixed. There will be two winners: the one who breaks the nut first, and the second – whose bartending talents will be more impressive.
Powerful breathing
At this stage, participants need to throw a balloon into the ring. However, everything is not as simple as it seems – you can throw the ball only once, and then you can direct it only by blowing on it down and to the side. The owner of powerful lungs, who will be the first to send the ball into the ring, will win.
Grave seekers
It takes more time to prepare for this competition than for the previous ones, but believe me, it will be worth it. We take a children’s inflatable pool, fill it with sand, and hide a box with chocolate medallions, coins or another treasure at the bottom. Then we hand out children’s scoops and rakes to our treasure hunters and start the competition! The winner is the one who digs up the chest first, provided that it is forbidden to climb into the pool with your feet.
We also offer a selection of such games from our arsenal: novus billiards, a force meter with a hammer, a competition for the accuracy of shots and Mindball – the newest game in which players move the ball with the power of thought. Just contact our managers and they will select the games you need.
Believe me, it is much easier to call in the help of professionals than to do all the cooking yourself. So you will save your time and on the day of the holiday you will be able to have fun with your guests without worrying about organizational issues.
